After signing up, in order to see the indicators in your Sierra Charts platform you need to provide us with your Account name. Account name only... No password.
Here are the steps to find your account name:
How To determine a Sierra Chart Account Name of a user, provide the name that is displayed after Registered To: under Help >> About on the menu in Sierra Chart. If the user is using a common Account Name, like TransActUser, then in this case you need to use the alternative External Data or Trading Service Username instead. See below.

In this case have the user select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Please provide me the Username in the Connection Details frame.
